Please order your prescriptions on line via Patient Access.  Click here

To register for  Patient Access you need to register first  for online services.  The form for this is under the New Patient tab on the home page.

You can also order repeat prescriptions via your local pharmacist.

We cannot take prescriptions over the phone.
