Rights and Responsibilities of Patients
We shall do everything possible to ensure patients find a safe and welcoming environment at the surgery. Patients have a responsibility to observe Health and Safety notices, keep children under control and respect other patients and staff.
Should a patient demonstrate violent or threatening behaviour towards staff they will be removed from the list immediately.
Patient’s medical records are confidential. Information will only be given to a third party with the written permission of the patient.

For comments or complaints you can contact either PALS or NHS England. If you have a complaint please contact the surgery in the first instance as we may be able to resolve the problem.
