NHS App Turn on your notifications!

Dear Patients and Carers

Text messages from the surgery will now be sent through the NHS App in the first instance.

If the message is not read within 60 minutes it will revert to a text message.

The NHS App is a one stop shop for information and a valuable communication tool.

In order to receive messages via the NHS App you must ensure that your Notifications are switched on.

If you need any assistance with this, one of our NHS Ambassadors at the surgery will be able to help you.
