Hi! My name is Amy and I am the Child and Young Person’s Mental Health Practitioner based in the local GP surgeries.

My role improves access for children and young people to mental health services as well as providing support and advise to improve well-being within their GP surgery

Who can see me

Anyone under 18 years of age

Registered at one of the following GP surgeries: Sheen Lane, Richmond Medical Group (Kew and Sheen), Essex House and Glebe Road.

Anyone experiencing difficulties impacting their emotional wellbeing, including:

School

Friendships

Homelife

Sleep

Neurodiversity (e.g., autism and ADHD)

Or general feelings of sadness or worry
