As the hot weather continues, here is a reminder of what to look for when buying and applying sunscreen. Remember to not rely on sunscreen alone to protect yourself from the sun. Wear suitable clothing and spend time in the shade

Hot and humid weather can increase your risk of dehydration. Drink fluids when you feel any dehydration symptoms.

The best thing to do in the hot weather is stay out of the direct sun, especially between 11am and 3pm as UV rays are strongest during these hours. #BeattheHeat
